I found this calculation on a site I was on that is supose to help you narrow down your mare's foaling date (apparently its 70% accurate - which isn't too bad) I don't really think it worked right for me though because it said my mare would foal around 329 days. But if you are bored its fun!
Foaling Date = 340 + (0.92 x the age of your mare at foaling) + (0.459 x the number of days from Jan 1 till the day she was last bred) - (0.00263 x [the number of days from Jan 1 till the day she was last bred]squared)

I always figure 340 days. Give or take 2 weeks. Depending on the mare. And usually the mare is true to herself. If she foaled last year on day 360, then figure she'll foal every year on day 360, as long as no complications occur.
