What dyes are available (people or horse) for dying a white horses tail white?
I'm in Canada.

Depends. Do you mean to whiten a dirty tail? Like if the tail was yellow or something? Than I would suggest 'Cowboy Magic' or 'QuicSilver' [ May 13, 2004, 02:26 PM: Message edited by: Nocturno ]

I use the semi permanent rinse (human type) for my horse's tail to even out the colour. The only thing is, you have to make sure you wrap the tail for the setting period as if the horse swishes it, you can end up with dark/light marks across their rump. I find the Clairol Herbal Essences to be really great and relatively inexpensive in comparison to specified horse dyes. I water it down slightly and comb it through and usually only need one packet.
